She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Kenny Waters and Nelsie Elizabeth King Waters; and her siblings, Lawrence Waters, Dester Waters, Maude Waters, Josephine Waters and Betty Thompson.
She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Allen (Laura Phillips) and James Harold (Tammy Phillips); and her sister Vonda Techau of Richmond, KY.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
