She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Stephens and Opal Stephens (Carter); her husband Leon Ball; her siblings, Harold Stephens, Eula Liebel, Joyce Manning, Julie Moore, Lula Honeycutt and Beulah Lovett; her great grandchild Kayla Wilson; and her great-nephew David Scott Lovett.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Ball of Monroe, Ohio, Gidget Wilson (Kenneth) of Williamsburg and Jesscelyn Ryan (Joey) of Stearns, Kentucky; her brothers, Freddie Stephens of Oneida and Arnold "Wiz" Stephens (June) of Villa Hills, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Keith Wilson, Scott Garitson (Lauren), Leondra Garitson, Rosie Ball, Cameron Ball, Sabrina Ball and Hayley Ball; and her great grandchildren, Destiny Snell and Opal Garitson.
