She is survived by: her children, Roy Crabtree Jr. (Ashley) of Stearns, Timmy Swafford (Heather) of Cincinnati, Brian Crabtree of Alabama, Joey Crabtree of Covington, Kentucky, Carrie Swafford of Whitley City and Crystal Crabtree of Pine Knot; and her siblings, Gary Swafford, Ronnie Swafford, Judy Swafford and Mary Hutchinson.
