He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Jr. McKee and Pauline McKee (Lynch); and his brothers, Larry and Eddie. He is survived by: his wife Della Mae McKee (Perry) of Stearns; his children, Sherry Sims (Justin) of Marshes Siding, Kathy King (Othel) of Stearns and Brian McKee of Stearns; his sister Diane Stephens of Beulah Heights; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn McKee of Corbin and Joan McKee of Pine Knot, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ashley Corder Bruce (Josh), Allison Corder Hamlin (Craig), Christopher King (Kellie), Cody King (Yasmine), Spencer and Connor Sims; and his great grandchildren, Kallen, Avery Bruce, Makeena, Miles Hamlin, Waylon Heath, Ivan Vanover, Easton and Rylee King.
Serving as pallbearers were Damon Stevens, James Taylor, Terry McKee, Ronnie Meadows, Ivan Vanover, Spencer Sims, and Connor Sims. *The family of Mr. Leroy McKee ask that all who are attending services to please wear a mask to adhere to the CDC guidelines.* Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
