He was predeceased by: his sister Judy Baltimore. He is survived by: his son Ken Shepherd Jr. "KJ" (Valerie) of McCreary County; his stepdaughters, Holly Anderson (Michael) and Amanda Stout (Mitchell) of Somerset; his sisters, Sue Johnson of Oneida, TN and Barbara Miller of Indianapolis, IN; and his stepgrandchildren, Kinsley Gibson, Miles Stout, Ryan Anderson and Gage Anderson.
