He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Royce Wright and Madeline Wright (Henry); his wife Lexie Wright (Watson); his great grandchild James William VanOver II; his sons-in-law, Wayne Shook, CJ Cline and Jay VanOver; his brother-in-law Verlon Braden; his children, Johnie Royce Wright (Karen) of Revelo, Kentucky, Roxanne Shook of Stearns, Rebecca Cline of Mountain Home, Rhonda Boyatt of Revelo and Joyce VanOver of Revelo; his siblings, Sonny Wright (Betty) of Whitley City, Allen Wright (Kathy) of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Rose Marie Braden of Stearns; and his grandchildren, Dallas Shook, Kaylie Shook, Trevor Thornton, Derrick Thornton, Kasie Walker, April Wright, Tanja Boyatt, Keisha Boyatt, Veronica Lynch, AJ VanOver and Alex VanOver.
