She was predeceased by: her father Harley Hardwick; her children, Billy Dean Stephens, Ricky Stephens and Terri Stephens; and her siblings, Jimmy Hardwick, Diane Dalton and Judy Dixon.
She is survived by: her mother Imogene Hardwick; her children, R. L. Steve Stephens (Julie), Jim Stephens, Joe Stephens and Debbie Dixon; and her brother Terry Gene Hardwick (Tenna). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 35 great grandchildren.
