Worley (Brooke) of Whitley City, Kentucky; her brothers, Johnny Whitehead of Stearns, Kentucky, Gary Whitehead of Stearns, Kentucky and Lonnie Hall of Stearns, Kentucky; the father of her child Roy "Buddy" Worley; and her grandson Liam Worley.
