He is survived by: his wife Rachel Watters (Crabtree); his sons, Michael Watters and Stephen Watters (Ronett) of Clear Water, Florida; his grandchildren, Stephen, Levi and Shelby Watters; his stepchildren, Linda Wilson (Ronnie) of Strunk, Bobby Eldridge (Shannon) of Stearns and Billy Eldridge (Leslie) of Stearns; and his siblings, Don Watters (Charlotte) of Daleville, Indiana, David Watters (Wilma) of Daleville, Indiana and Louise Watters Spradlin of Daleville, Indiana..
