He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oscar and Addie Frances Jones; his wife Lola Jones (Worley); and his brothers, Othel Jones, Donald Jones and Jimmy Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Scotty Jones (Valerie) of Whitley City, Herschel Jones of Stearns, Vicky Weber of Sidney, OH and Patricia Bray (Wayne) of Sidney, OH; his siblings, Kenneth Jones (Thelma) of Stearns, Alan Jones of Stearns, Clyde Jones (JoAnn) of Stearns, Danny Jones (Carrie) of Stearns, Anna Ruth Morrow (Benny) of Monticello, Shirley Worley (Arnold) of Stearns, Christine Coffey of Stearns and Patsy Crisp of Stearns; his grandchildren, Leslie, Whitney, Megan, Rusty, Corey, Monica, Katherine, Jay, Chelsey, Conley and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Bryson, Blake, Linzee, Gracie, Andrew and KC.
