He was predeceased by: his parents, Dunham King and Lola King (King); and his siblings, Dunham King, Jr., Roger King, Lewis King, Herbert King, Charles King, Morris King, Beulah Minton, Edith Corey, Betty Hollinsworth, Donna Carroll, Sandra Brown, Agnes Smithers and Doris King.
He is survived by: his wife Virgie; his brother William King of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Shawn Simpson (Melody) and Laura Wolff; and his great grandchildren, Awnya, Ada and Astra Simpson.
