She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Spradlin and Flossie Spradlin (Waters); her former husband Arles Douglas; her husband Elvin Cox; her daughter Flossie Douglas; and her siblings, Elmon Spradlin, Inman Spradlin, Bob Spradlin, Judy Spradlin, Dorothy Musgrove, Ora Bowman and Mildred Daugherty.

She is survived by: her sons, Randall Douglas of Revelo and Roger Douglas of Williamsburg, Kentucky; her siblings, Todd Spradlin of Pine Knot, Buck Spradlin of Stearns and Janice Ross of Strunk, Kentucky; and her grandson Tyler Douglas.
