He is survived by: his mother Karen Brunett (Stephens); his stepfather Shawn Brunett; his son Levi Dwayne Adkins; the mother of his children Selena Patrick; his sisters, Ashley Stephens (Matthew), Jordan Adkins and Kharma Brunett; his nieces and nephews, Hunter, Lexi and Victoria; his grandmother Sharon Adkins; his aunts, Donna Corder (Billy) and Betty Jo Clark (Gary); and also Verna Patrick.
