He was predeceased by: his parent Gurstle Dobbs; and his siblings, Jim Dobbs, Glenna Sue Coffey and Eveleen Coffey. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Chapman Dobbs; his sons, Donald Lee Dobbs (Petula) and Philip Dobbs (Debbie); his brother Victory Dobbs (Lois Jean) of Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Linda, Don Coffey and George Coffey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
