It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Grundy Watson of Stearns, Kentucky, born in Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Grundy and Goldie Mae Grundy (Stephens); her son Steven Michael Perry; her fiancé Charles Meeks; and her siblings, Junior Grundy, Ed Grundy, Ralph Grundy, Roger Grundy, Arnold King, Orville King, Donald Gene King, Bonnie Kay Grundy Troxell and Shirley Grundy Woods.
She is survived by: her children, Juilena Watson (Brandon Tapley), Paula Jo Penteger and Charles Doug Meeks; her grandchildren, Landon Winchester, Jordan Winchester, Kasey Winchester, Sherry Lynn Grundy Rose, Terri Nicole Grundy Sammons, Karrie Grundy Mabry, Gabe Grundy, Erica Winchester and Casey Slaven Dick; and her sisters, Betty Jo Grundy Wright and Judy Maxine Grundy Coffey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
