We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2020, at the age of 51, Shelia Renee Stumbo Wallen of Stanville, Kentucky, born in Lorain, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Joel Stumbo and Shirley Ann Hall Stumbo; her husband Jeffery Wallen; her children, Brandy Wall Osborne (Jeremy) of Ivel and Jonathan Richard Wallen of Dana; and her brother Joey Stumbo (Lisa) of East Point, Kentucky.. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 2 nephews, and a host of cousins, family and friends.
