She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Blackburn; her parents, Frank Slone and Christine Fletcher Slone; her son Jack Lyndon Blackburn; and her sisters, Viola Wright, Nancy Lois Slone, Gladys Barfield and Ruth DeSchepper.
She is survived by: her children, Lance Blackburn (Ann) and Vicki Blackburn of Stanville, KY; her sister Margaret Justice; her grandchildren, Christina Elizabeth, Nathaniel Curtis Blackburn, Hannah Rebecca Hope Messer and Jason Scott Hatcher; and her great grandchild Lucy Elizabeth Messer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
