He is survived by: his wife Loretta Smith; his children, Michael Blevins of Tram, Charles Daniels Jr. of Prestonsburg, Lako Daniels (Laura) of Ivel, Parker Walker of Stanville, Geremy Smith of Ohio, Travis Blair of Louisa, Kentucky, Kristal Allen (Stephen) of Stanville and Tiffany Daniels (Arnold) of Stanville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Josheua Smith (Tasha) of Pikeville, Kentucky and Ocie Cantrell (Blake) of Stanville, Kentucky. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren.
