It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Lynne Blackburn of Stanton, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Victor Dean Adkins; and her brother Andy Adkins. She is survived by: her mother Karen Compton Adkins Branham (Doyle) of Winchester; her siblings, Jason Adkins (Paula) of Winchester, Andy Branham of Winchester, Willie Branham (Crystal) of Pikeville, Bridgette Adkins (Tom) of Pikeville, Brandi Skinner (Danny) of Winchester, Amy Ritter (Ben) of Richmond and Angela Young (Will) of Versailles; and her close friend Ellen Ashley of Stanton. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
