He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty Faye Spencer of Stanton; his children, Stephen Curtis Rose of Clay City, Jessie Joyce Keathley of Trenton and Tina Ann Weldon (Ronnie) of Anna, Texas; and his grandchildren, David Christopher Neal, Kelly Bruce Neal (Crystal), Melissa Rose and Foster Leigh Rose. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
