She is survived by: her son James David Faulkner; her spouse Dee Faulkner; her daughters, Kayla Mays and Meghan Mays; her friend Kathryn (James Edward Dennis); her brother-in-law Virgil Faulkner (Sue); and her caregivers, Felix Lara and Amanda Dickerson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, special friends.
