She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Rex Townsend and Illa Mae James Townsend; her husband Arcie Lee Willoughby; and her siblings, Claude Townsend and Alta Benningfield.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Lee Willoughby (Janie), Faith Oberg, Hope Scott (Kenny), Patiance Justice and Charity Parks (David); her sister Diana Townsend; her grandchildren, Colin Faulkner (Amanda), Lauren Faulkner (Robbie Dunn), Candace Hampton (K. J.), Zachary Garrison, Rex Scott, Owen Parks, Lindsey Willoughby, Elizabeth Frazier, Cameron Justice and Kristen Justice; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Faulkner, Graham Faulkner, Elliott Faulkner, Lillian Dunn, Kennedy Hampton, Blair Frazier and Kobe Hernandez.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hearne Funeral Home, Inc. (125 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
