He is survived by: his wife Patty Patrick; his children, Boyd Glen Patrick, Stanton, Brian Keith Patrick (Connie) and Gwen Yvonne Murphy; his grandson Dakota Scott Murphy; his siblings, Carolyn Sue Horn (Johnny) and Billy Patrick; his nieces, Valerie Patrick Stephens and Kimberly Patrick; and his nephew Johnny Horn, Jr..
