He was predeceased by: his father Drew Fugate; and his brother Anthony Carl Fugate. He is survived by: his mother Edith Mae Curtis Fugate; and his siblings, Orville Fugate (Sherrie), Donna Sue Donaldson (Bruce) and Roxanne Hawkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
