She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulma Carroll and Gertrude Carroll; and her husband Bradley Booth. She is survived by: her children, Michael Corbitt, James Booth (Damaris), Randall Booth, Judy Tackett, Bonnie Tackett (John), Lesa Peters and Rebecca Mason; and her brother Jim Mize. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
