She was predeceased by: her parents, William Davis and Madge Davis; her daughter Rebecca Billings Pelfrey; her husbands, B. E. Billings and Fred Tuttle; her son-in-law Charles A. Caudill; and her siblings, William "Junebug" Davis Jr., Exie Davis Minton and Cecil Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Anglin Billings and Casey Davis Billings (Gayle Buchanan); her son-in-law Dallas Pelfrey; her granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Pelfrey (Ethan Huffaker); and her sister Beverley Bowen (Damon).
