He is survived by: his wife Megan Wells; his children, Robert Paul Wells (April), Sawyer Wells, Jace Wells, Danielle Wells, Lucy Wells and Katrin Short (Tim); his grandchildren, Jessica Wells, Amanda Wells, Amanda Banks (Isaiah), Samantha Strickland (Don), Lilianna Wells and Robert Brody Wells; his great grandchildren, Don Douglas Strickland Jr. and Emma Faith Banks; and his siblings, Albert Wells Jr., Donnie Wells, David Wells, Lucy Doll, Christine Bowling and Marie Banks.
