She was predeceased by: her spouse Cecil "Pete" Walters of Stanton; her parents, Virgil Martin and Maude Benningfield Martin; her daughter Jane Alice Reed Vice; and her siblings, James Richard Martin, Wilma Jane Martin Reed and Marietta Martin Stone.
She is survived by: her daughters, Eva June Friel (Bobby) of Louisville and C. Ann Cunningham (H. K.) of Stanton; and her sisters, Hilda Glenn of Saint Charles and Wilda Derickson (H. T.) of Stanton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
