He is survived by: his parent Rhonda Ratliff (Earl); his son Chase Fitzpatrick; his siblings, Ralph Fitzpatrick II (Lindsay), Anthony Fitzpatrick, Chris Howard, Jessica Maggard and Melissa Howard; and his nieces and nephews, Kenzie Fitzpatrick, Caleb Fitzpatrick, Riley Fitzpatrick, Ryatt Prater, Logan Maggard and Haley Maggard.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380).
