He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Newton Rogers and Irene Foster Rogers; and his brothers, Earnest Rogers and John Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Benningfield Rogers of Stanton; his daughters, Shannon Buckland (Matthew) of Stanton and Melvalene Riggs of Winchester; his sister Alma Lois Clark of West Liberty; his granddaughter Kayla Riggs; and his stepgrandson Aaron Isaac McKinney.
