She is survived by: her husband Wayne Howell; her children, William David McCoy (Angelica Horseley), Bobby Ray McCoy, Dustin Clay McCoy (Brittany Elkins) and Chrystal Gale Townsend (Adam); and her siblings, James Hall, Eugene Hall, Ricky Byrd, Ricky Hall, Judy Rogers, Sherry Vires, Vickie Maschino, Mary Helen Byrd, Anna Byrd and Janice Wolfe. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
