She was predeceased by: her parents, William Townsend and Martha Ireland Parker; and her daughter Tina West. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Vaughn, Christopher West and Tammy Townsend; and her siblings, Beverly Washburn, Clarence Townsend, George Townsend, Fred Townsend, Frank Townsend and William Townsend. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
