He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Clinton and Virgie Lambert Manning; his children, Alan Ray Manning and Rhonda Booher; his grandson Ryan Farmer; and his siblings, Earnest Clinton Manning Jr., Hollie D. Manning, John Paul Manning, Joyce Turvy, Ruth Caudill and Shelby Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Timm Manning; his daughters, Medora Farmer (Rick) of Stanton and Teresa Stidam (Shannon) of Stanton; his grandchildren, Monica MacGeen, Jessica Yarber, Matthew Manning and Jared Farmer; and his siblings, Levon Manning of Morehead and Nona Bartell of Reeds Spring, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins; extended family; and friends.
