He is survived by: his wife Faye Warfield of Stanton, KY; his brothers, Richard Warfield of Lost Creek and Lyndon Napier (Very) of Stanton, KY; his friend Gene Hill (Geno) of Hazard; his grandchildren, Dustin Fugate, Samuel Trevor Fugate and Damion Keith Marlowe; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Fugate and Leah Smith.
