She was predeceased by: her husband James Brandenburg; her parents, James Franklin and Pearl Newell Stone; her daughter Hazel Kirby; and her siblings, James Stone, Frances Stone and Mattie Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Brandenburg of Clay City, Deloris Neugebauer of Florence and Sharon Kay Brandenburg of Stanton; and her sisters, Pearl Joyce "Punkin" Maxey of Winchester and Mary Poole of Winchester. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
