He was predeceased by: his father J. B. Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Lewis of Stanton; his daughter Keira Lewis of Clay City; and his siblings, James Lewis (Kathy) of Stanton, Jerry Lewis of Jackson and Patricia Gross (Greg) of Jackson.
