He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Napier and Laura Combs Napier; his son John Carlon Napier; and his sisters, Linda Carol Napier and Janet Sue Napier Storm.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia Napier; his son Brady Napier of Stanton; his close friend Gale Means; his grandchildren, John Dillon Napier, Brady Austin Napier, Peyton Drew Napier and Landon Christian Napier; and his niece Laura Wesley Storm Woosley of Katy, Texas.
