He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Morris Lyle and Hazel Dean Crowe Stokley; his son James Kevin Lyle; his grandson Aaron Lyle; his siblings, Brian, Jackie Lyle and Bonnie Bolduc; his stepfather Bill Stokley; and his stepbrother Donnie Stokley.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Lyle (Jessica) of Morehead, Mary Beth Wade (Brian) of Stanton and Jackie Lynn Lyttle of Yuma, Arizona; his siblings, Larry David Lyle of Clay City, Sandra Reed (Gary) of Clay City, Alma Dunn (Willard) of Mt. Sterling, Sara Gates of Lansing, Lisa Reid of Arizona, Lana Lyle of Michigan, Glenda Walls of Lexington, Donna Roberts (Mike) of Clay City and Joanie Hale (Steve) of Clay City; and his grandchildren, Autumn Lyle, Alexa Griggs, Trever Griggs, Jezreel Lyle, Liam Lyle, Jes-Lynn Lyle, Elijah, Daniel, Jalynn and Michael. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
