He is survived by: his wife Pauline Hudson Lovins of Stanton; his daughter Tamara Miles (John) of Frankfort; his granddaughter Shelby Barnett (Joe) of Frankfort; his stepsons, Charles Edward Lynch Jr. and Anthony Lynch; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Lynch and Madilyn Barnett.
