She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Gay and Omah Gay (Barrett); her children, John Bowman, Bobby Bowman and Teresa Barrett; and her brothers, Bruce and Robert Gay.
She is survived by: her children, Conley Bowman of Clay City, KY, Lonnie Hurt of Elizabethtown, KY, Del Hurt of Lexington, KY, Betty Holtzclaw of Stanford, KY and Debra Marzano of Stanton, KY; and her siblings, Ben Gay of Corbin, KY, Phillip Gay of Beattyville, KY, Aaron Gay of Beattyville, KY and Doris Maccani of Stanton, KY. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
