She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold E. Ballard of Stanton; her parents, Leonard Rogers and Nora Morefield Rogers; her siblings, Franklin Rogers, Avon Jewell and Dorothy Marie Dunaway; and her granddaughter Connie Gail Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Ballard (Debbie) of Livingston, TN, Ruth Anderson (Donald) of Jeffersonville and Sherry Lynn Rogers (Scott) of Stanton; her brother Randall Rogers of Ravenna; and her grandchildren, Lovena Fultz, Kayla Wallace, Kindra Wallace, Travis Ballard, Jessica Higginbottom and Heather Ballard. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
