He is survived by: his mother Marlene Childers Meadows; his wife Diann Meadows; his sons, Gary Scott Meadows (Angie) and Cory Wayne Meadows (Whitney); his siblings, Warren Meadows (Sandy), Sharon Stamper (Jim) and Sheila Doyle (Frank); and his grandchildren, Olivia Meadows, Landon Meadows, Samuel Meadows and Jack Harrison Meadows. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
