He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Brooks; and his parents, Green Brooks and Virginia Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Bucky Brooks (Loraine), Randall Brooks (Beverly), Connie Osborne (Michael), Bonnie Couch (Wayne) and Mary Smith (Shaun); and his siblings, Kenneth Brooks, Juanita Taulbee, Mildred Chaney (Sam) and Judy Barnes (Sonny). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty four great grandchildren.
