He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Frazier and Ethel Mae Stephens Frazier; and his siblings, Bob Frazier (Helen), Grant Frazier (Mattie), Malcolm Frazier, Naomi Lackey (Bob) and Bertha Hurst (Harold).

He is survived by: his wife Katherine Roberts Frazier; his daughters, Roberta Frazier and Amy Fields (Bryan); and his grandchildren, Bryan Justin Fields (Haley) and Sarah Jean Fields.
