He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George Sherer Noss and Marie Geissinger Noss; and his sisters, Margaret, Dorothea and Martha.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Noss; his daughters, Jean Kimberly Noss Blankenship (Mark), Kelly Ann Noss and Rebecca Ellen Noss McLean (James M.); his grandchildren, Kelsey Marie White (Nolan), Stephen Noss Blankenship, Hannah Elizabeth Marcum Brewer (Josh), Grace Caroline McLean, Margaret Sarah McLean and Andrew James McLean; his great grandchildren, Grayson James Brewer, Adalynn Marie Brewer, Hayden White and Sidney Blankenship; his stepsons, Darin Cecil (Lorraine) and David Cecil; and his stepgrandchildren, Tanner Cecil, Carly Cecil and Braden Cecil.
