He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Oertli; and his great grandchild Magnus Merrick. He is survived by: his children, Cody Oertli, Seth Turner (Heather), Lucas Turner, Jessica Campbell (Robert) and Heather Rose Oertli; his brothers, Terry Oertli (Nancy), Randall Oertli (Mary) and Edwin Fritz Oertli Jr. (Tyra); and his sister-in-law Wanda Oertli. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.
