He was predeceased by: his father Everett Lynn Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Johnson; his granddaughter Abigail Jarvis; his sisters, Melissa Montgomery of Stanton and Tina Haddix (Bobby) of Stanton; his stepsisters, Carmella Hoskins of Mt. Sterling and Karen Caudill of Georgetown; his nieces and nephews, Justin Montgomery, Cody Haddix, Brittany Hale and Casey Haddix; and his great-nephew Landon Lacy.
