He is survived by: his spouse Barbie Ellen Slemp; his daughters, Monica Slemp (Jeremiah Adamson), Holly Adams (Ethan), Beverly Crabtree (Greg), Judy Anderson (Mike), Pam Hutchison (Junie), Jennifer Elkins (Mark) and Deana Rogers (Anthony); and his siblings, Darrell Slemp (Darlene), Charlie Slemp (Darlene), Ish Slemp (Ann), Stanly Slemp (Ann), Virginia Puckett and Joanie Covey. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
