She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Foster and Frankie Jane McCoy Foster; her husband Donald Lee Bliss; her son Michael Lee Bliss; and her siblings, Paul Foster, Harold Keith Foster, Hibert Foster, Winston Foster, Eldon Foster, Wilson Foster, Audrey Mae Foster and Carolyn Hisle.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Ann Perkins (Jay) of Whitesburg; her siblings, Reece Foster (Janet) of Stanton and Sharon Patrick (Ralph) of Clay City; her grandchildren, Erin Billings, Megan Leigh Hall (Jake), Tori Perkins and Tyler Perkins; and her great grandchild Laci Kate Hall.
