She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Bowen and Emma Jane Hobbs Bowen; her son Rusty Billings; and her siblings, Warren Bowen, Jeckyl Bowen Spencer, Forrest Bowen, Garrett Bowen, Kenneth Bowen, James Bowen, Lois Jean Bowen Rogers, Russell Bowen, Jr. and Yvonne Bowen.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Burton "Rusty", George Stephen "Steve", Sheila Anne, Steve Billings (Claudeen) of Winchester and Anne Burgess (Chuck) of Midway; her grandchildren, Brian Billings (Carmen) of Lexington and Sarah Lee (Victor) of Danville; her great grandchildren, Brook Depp (Josh) of Louisville, Bo Billings of Lexington and Betsy Billings; and her close friends, Izzy and Buddy.
